Elder should respect their younger

Let's think for a while in a completely different way. It is usually said that "YOUNGER PEOPLE SHOULD MUST RESPECT THEIR ELDERS", Isn't it? Yes, we are taught like this.

Now my question is from the elders, "why don't you respect your younger if you think' respect is a good thing'?

There are two ways to look into this idea again,

1- They teach us to respect them because they want to tell us that we are less than them! Or,

2- They tell us this because they have experienced that not respecting their elders have no good results.

Both are typically very important as per their point of view and in our case, I mean, in the case of the young people ; first of all they are not experienced, secondly they are trying to act similar as  their elders are acting, irrespective of the fact that the good intentions of being a good younger to your elder is spoiled by the society where you live, so in all circumstances,  the younger people are supposed to be innocent until they don't really become elder enough to realize that it's good to teach their younger that they should respect their elders. What I just want to convey is, “action speaks louder than words", so why not the elders should start to respect their younger, which is definitely a kind of indirect encouragement for younger to give you more respect in the future. This is how you can change the behavior of other, not through advice but through actions.

So, let's be realistic and start to think about what we are giving others, before we ask them to give us those respects we don't deserve.
