As somebody who had to quit playing classic

  • I concur that the HoA was a good system. It is so difficult for Burning Crusade Classic Gold me though to get round the idea that blizz knows what they are doing when they implement a system. They put systems in half completed intentionally. Take a look at the legendaries at legion. Players were saying, making articles on official forums, so that the system they were implementing for legendaries was dreadful and was only going to upset the player base. Silence. It was put in as is of course, people were angry. We had people in my guild who had 3 legendaries at the onset of EN. Some had two, most had 1, some had none whatsoever. Even people who had at least didn't always get what they wanted/needed. It required the entire growth to allow them to put out the machine as it should have been from the beginning. They know but for the sake of MAUs they include in buffs and modifications to systems to get people to remain or come back.

Also enhancement: got busted at the onset of the expansionwith a tried rework(Legion), were very great for one week due to a bug and bad gear so nobody scaled nevertheless. Bug got fixed, and we were in the garbage for another 3 raids, together with continuous dangling of'we had no time that this patch, we promise we fix it in another one'. 9.3 came out and they said, has to wait till expansion.

It didnt happen in bfa - we sucked there also drama wise, we had some raidtiers where we had been middle of the pack rather than bottom third, but thats it. They eventually de-reworked the whole spec into a much better variant of their pre-legion gamestyle (gameplaywise) and just never allow us to be aggressive in raids. I think they simply have some very dedicated designers for a few courses and specs, and those which are constantly abandoned and ignored just dont have someone who needs it to succeed, so they just get looked at sparingly and get a 5% buff here and there.

Wait wait wait wait. I stopped playing back during Cataclysm, and that had been a meme back then make it was literally in the WOTLK trailer. You mean to tell me it still never got implemented? I've kept up only a tiny bit Through the Years and forgot about this haha

As somebody who had to quit playing classic as a result of lack of time, it has its flaws, since it's a very old game now, but it did a lot right too. It didn't have a whole lot of throwaway pieces. Everything in classic was basically required, in order to operate somewhere else in classic. I haven't seen a match with systems that integrated since then.

Meanwhile, I have not gotten any new expansions because legion. Why? Since the sport keeps chugging along, but I do not feel as though it's enhanced. I didn't even like buy WOW TBC Classic Gold Legion that far. It was nice, but I was not excited. Hilariously, I loved MoP, because I loved the unwanted stuff (but not a great deal of those dailies).
