Do it ! I'm just finishing the base

  • I actually quit ESO to go to FXIIV. ESO is such a shambles, I would not recommend it. Every area of the game is exactly the same. There were complaints as well about WOW TBC Gold microtransactions as well as "make your own classes" being pushed in your face.

Both have been enjoyable to play, and I would prefer Ffxiv over Eso. Eso simply feels. It's empty idk. While it wasn't able to grab my attention, FXIV is plenty of energy. Esos combat can be horrendous. Imagine if skyrim was running a 3 second that would lag after every attack. This is the eso.

Both have been fun to play with and I'd rather the FXXiv model over the eso. Eso looks like. I'm guessing empty. It couldn't hold my attention however ffxiv does have so much energy and life as the article said. Esos combat is kinda disgusting. Imagine if Skyrim was running a 3 second delay on every attack. It's like eso.

Action combat is fun and fast-paced. Active taunts/blocks/dodges can be great but the skills don't have cooldowns so it becomes spam-fest. Certain classes can utilize the same skills THREE times, lol.

The company doesn't care about the time you spend as a player like FFXIV does. In other words, unless you're a premium subscriber (same cost similar to FF), you'll spend just as much time managing your bank and inventory as you do actually playing the game. Each new dungeon must be purchased (unless you're a premium subscriber) in addition to that, there's the added bonus that they include annual expansions that offer an insignificant amount of contents... As in, I'm talking about new raids and one new zone worth of story for $30.

TBF Final Fantasy can only be sub-subscribed to. It's fine to buy the ESO sub. It's not the best expansions, however, they're at a fraction of the cost of FF expansions and released twice as often. So when you can double the size of these at the same price, it's pretty competitive.

Shadowbringers, FFXIV's critically acclaimed expansion is also a success. It's been listed as one of the top Final Fantasy stories over the fifteen years. This is the most awe-inspiring praise I've ever heard for an ESO story.

Do it ! I'm just finishing the base , and I enjoyed each and every moment of it. I'm not feeling the need to rush because Ilevel sync is making it difficult to complete old content. The fact that there are different options to kill hoboing it up, like racing chocobo or racing, is an amazing. My group of friends who have completed Dungeons in a row will never quit after an unclean slate, and will be happy to assist you should you require help.

I'm playing FF currently, but I don't think I have an compelling reason to avoid ESO. Both games are enjoyable in their own unique ways. Final Fantasy feels more like a social game to me and its story is as good or superior to any other mainline Final Fantasy game. However, I believe that ESO lets you become more involved into the world. ESO is a fantastic way to become involved in the world if you are in a position to recognize your Nirn. Combat is the major issue for many. FF feels more like WoW. ESO is cheap Burning Crusade Classic Gold an improvement over GW2 and the more recent rotations in ESO seem a little ridiculous at best, not because of the length but from an execution standpoint.
