The Riphah Institute of Media Sciences (RIMS) co-hosted a seminar on “Increasing Rate of Suicidal Behavior in students of Pakistan: How to deal with survivors”. The seminar was organized by the Masters students of Riphah Institute of Media Sciences. The guest speakers were invited into the seminar were Dr. Faraz Talat, Dr. Wajeeha Zafar and M. Hanzala Tayyab which is a social media activist also be invited. Prof. Dr. Masrur Alam, Dr. Riaz and Dr. Noman would also be there on a behalf of RIMS Senior Faculty. The main objective was to address the various stages and actions along with the causes for suicide and to explore some concrete steps to deal with suicidal behavior.
