  •   1. Diffuse it immediately. Don't wait to say anything/ speak your mind passed the point of giving them the benefit of the doubt. You're only harming yourself.

    2. Don't pile things up! If you find a problem with your partner, speak up and communicate and don't go looking for evidence to legitimate your concern.
