Rocket League's fourth season will begin on August 11

  • Psyonix has announced that the fourth season of Rocket League will begin on August 11 on all platforms where the popular driving and sports game is available.

The new Rocket Pass Premium will give access to the Outlaw car and more than seventy levels with unique RL items for sale, which can be used in the new arena of season 4, Deadeye Canyon.

There will be new limited-time modes, the first being the 2v2 Heatseeker on August 12. A week later, on August 19, it will be Speed Demon's turn, and at the end of the month spring loaded, a new version of rumble mode, will arrive.

The developers are also promising more competitive tournaments, with 2v2 and tournaments for the extra modes, a safe music option for streamers, which will prevent strikes for copyright infringement, and other updates, such as rank restrictions on matches, improvements to casual matches and general improvements. There are more details about all this in this official post.
