    This is the perfect option for when you feel greasy and don't want to wash your hair.

    6. Design the right style to keep your hair falling out
    Loose hair on your face can cause breakage, as can tight, high ponytails.
    Sweaty or greasy hair on the face can cause acne and irritation.
    Therefore, it is a good choice to choose loose braids or buns to hold them in place and keep the hair in place.
    Once the workout is complete, unroll and apply a little product to the roots and entire length to absorb the oil and add texture.
    You can also use silk or satin bands to hold your hair in place while preventing it from breaking during your workout.

    7. Brush your hair after exercise

    Not only does it soften and smooth your hair, it can also help remove any knots that get stuck in it.
    Be sure to untie your hair with your fingers and brush it from the bottom up with a wide-toothed comb to prevent unnecessary damage.

    8. Don't wash your hair every day
    According to professional hairstylists, if you're doing a lot of aerobic exercise every day, you only need to wash your hair two to three times a week, not every day.
    While too much sweat can weaken strands and shorten the life of hair, over-washing can strip away beneficial natural oils, leading to calmer and drier hair.
    Try washing your hair every other day with a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.
    Of course, remember to rinse conditioner with cold water. It closes the cuticle, shrinks scalp pores, and helps maintain strong roots.
    We also recommend using a separate towel or paper towel to gently wipe the sweat off the scalp after exercise.
